01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Club 33. By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing or using any part of the Club 33 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use Club 33's services.

Club 33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to confirm member eligibility at any time. 03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one one (1) active account at Club 33. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated winnings and balances. Club 33 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and transaction data analysis.

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration or at any point during your use of the platform will result in the immediate closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Club 33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure. 04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Club 33 accepts deposits via a range of approved and legitimate Malaysian payment methods, including:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other local Malaysian banks

Minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount varies depending on your chosen payment method and account VIP tier. All deposits are processed in real time, with funds typically credited to your Club 33 account within minutes.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Club 33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, Club 33 reserves the right to freeze the transaction until identity verification is completed.

Club 33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your financial service provider before making a deposit.

05 Withdrawal of Winnings

Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Club 33 will process valid withdrawal requests within three hours for standard members. Platinum, Diamond, and Elite VIP members enjoy faster processing, with Elite VIP members receiving near-instant turnaround.

Before your first withdrawal request is approved, Club 33 may require identity verification, which includes:

• A copy of your valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of payment method (e.g. screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet)
• Proof of current address if required

This identity verification process is industry standard and is designed to protect you from fraud and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Once verification is completed, subsequent withdrawals will not normally require you to repeat the process unless your account information changes.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Club 33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in their respective promotion terms. Wagering requirements determine how many times the bonus amount (or the combined deposit and bonus amount) must be played through before any winnings can be withdrawn.

The general terms applicable to all Club 33 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each member is eligible for each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated by Club 33.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 20x and 35x depending on the bonus type — specific conditions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Games excluded from wagering requirement eligibility include Sports Betting with odds below 1.50, and certain progressive jackpot games.
• Bonuses received must be used within 14 days from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus will expire automatically after this period.

Members found to be abusing the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets in an irregular manner solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or engaging in activity deemed to constitute bonus fraud — will face cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and possible account closure.

07 General Gaming Rules

Club 33 offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, live table games, Sports Betting, lottery, e-sports, and virtual sports. Game-specific rules for each category are displayed within the relevant game interface and should be read before play begins.

General principles that apply to all games at Club 33:

• All game results are final once a round or bet has been completed. No appeals regarding outcomes already accepted by the system will be considered unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Club 33 will rely on system records to determine the state of any active bets. Wins and losses will be settled based on the verified records held in our system.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, Club 33 reserves the right to withhold or void all bonuses, bonus winnings, and any balances connected to activity that violates these Terms & Conditions.

10 Liability Limitations & Disclaimer

• Absence of errors, bugs, or technical interruptions
• The platform's suitability for any particular purpose
